A Special Study of the Old and New Forms of Compilation of the Accumulated Texts of the Hadiths

Abstract

Conflict among citations, logic and wisdom cause the ideology to be diverse. Differences among Muslims upon certain Islamic divine orders are existed. Occasionally they contradict each other. One of such conflict exists because of presence of addition and omission of words by Matoons words in Hadith and that occurs when all segments of citation are not available to the researcher. Unless complete statement and context of Hadith is not available for contrast, it is impossible to extract right direction and result in derived problems. Complete statement and context should be available for the researcher that’s why Muhaddsin collected hadith in various phases. In the first phase they collected Matoon e hadith the first stage was to write a book of Matoon accompanying certification. In second phase Matoons were collected without certification at a place. In third phase segments of Matoon are collected to limited extent. In fourth and final phase all elements of hadith along with its contextual back ground was collected. The contextual elements were ordered as they occurred. In the following passage "Jama Al Matoon" therefore mentioned four phases are elaborated.
