A Analytical and Comparative Study of the Selected Islam Clausesthe Constitution of Pakistan(1973)

Abstract

In this article, analytical studies have been presented to the selected Islamic clauses of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973). These clauses have also been compared with the Islamic teaching ,the famous 22 points presented by 31 scholars of all the schools of thought in 1951, unanimous amendments presented by the same scholars in 1953, constitution of 1956, constitution of 1962, and the 15 points presented by Mili Majlis Sharee in 2011.Analysis and comparative study of these clauses estimates that these clauses have weaknesses. Due to this, the Islamic system could not be implemented in Pakistan.

To overcome these weaknesses, some amendments to be made in the constitution of Pakistan have been recommended which will help in removing the sermon in Islamic clauses according to its spirit.
