The Narration of the Disagreement Regarding Imam Abu Baker Jassas among the Classes of Religious Scholars

Abstract

Imam Abobaker Jesus is one of those Islamic Jurisprudences, who are considered as those scholars who are called “As Hab ul terjeeh”. But some other scholars mentioned him in other categories because the books about Abobaker Jassas shows that his research work is typical and like those Islamic jurisprudences who are above the grade of the current status of Jesus.It is not necessary that the status of any Islamic Jurisprudences which is mentioned in the books of “Tabqaat ul Fuqha” and the grade is mentioned in those books is specific. But it is possible that those scholars are also able to work in other fields of Islamic jurisprudence like any scholar who is Ashab ul Takhreej can be Ashab ul Tarjeeh also as Abobakar Jassas. This important point the Mufti M. Taqi Usmani also mentioned in his book “Usool e Ifta”.
