Observance of Propagational Trend in Epistles of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): An Analytical Study

Abstract

One of the fundamental principles of the propagation of deen is that the message of Islam be delivered with wisdom to the recipient so that his guidance begets fruit. The letters that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) sent to the kings and leaders with the message of Islam were not only epitomes of wisdom but also contained several approaches and principles related to dawah. This article presents an analytical analysis of these letters that can be useful for contemporary propagators of Deen. Several methods can be deduced from these letters that can be beneficial for the da’ees of Islam. In particular, the lessons are very informative for the propagation of Islam to non-Muslims because the Prophetic way of Dawah is the only way forward for the correction of the individual and society.
